Yesterday I got two patient, they are Laptop Compaq CQ 420 and Personal Computer Built Up Warenes. They have same problem if we enter a Compaq Disk to the CD Room they eject directly. I tried to change the CD Room using new one but the result there is not change. So, I think CD Room is not broken but the Operating System is Error.
After getting correct conclusions, I tried to reinstall the Operating System with and the result CD Room work normally. What a happy of me, because at the same time I can overcome two computers that have same problem. If you have same problem like me, maybe you can try my experience above...
